Needham, MA., Mom Hits for $1 million lotto
02/19/08 Barbara McDonald of Needham became the latest Lottery Millionaire when she hit for $1 million playing the Set for Life game from the Massachusetts State Lottery.
McDonald with her husband William and father-in-law James, received her first annuity check
for $50,000 before taxes today at Lottery headquarters in Braintree.
he bought the lucky ticket at Kiki’s Kwik-Mart on Faneuil Street in Brighton. The store will receive a $10,000 commission on the sale.
Set for Life, a $10 instant game, offers 66 prizes of $1 million. The game also features a prize of $100,000 a year for life.
