James Philbeck played his own numbers when
he purchased his ticket at Circle K 1488 Reynolds St. in Augusta.
Winning numbers from the 9/3/8 Fantasy 5 drawing were: 4-13-19-22-23.
In Sept. 2005, James won $101,668 playing Fantasy 5.
"It's great for me," Philbeck exclaimed. "I'm very fortunate."
