$200K Indiana Powerball winner in Indianapolis
08/30/09 Cynthia Secret had a $200,000 winning Powerball ticket in her purse for over a month.
"I'm in shock," said Cynthia Secret. "Thank you, I don't know what to say!" Thornton's store at 10901 Pendleton Pike in Indianapolis sold this winning powerball ticket.
