$100K lotto winner in Terre Haute

Charles Peters on his way to work in the morning he stopped to pick up a few items at a Mini-Mart
including Hoosier Lottery scratch-off game Quick $100s.
"I scratched it off in my truck," said Peters. "I said 'yeah!' My dad was with me and he said 'yeah,' too!"
"Thank you, Hoosier Lottery!" said Peters.
The Jiffy Mini-Mart at 1560 N. 25th St. in Terre Haute.
