$25K lotto winner in Philadelphia
10/17/09 Michele Johnson was a red hot winner when her Pennsylvania Lottery Red Hot Tripler instant game ticket was validated as a $25,000 winner.
Michele got her winning ticket from the PA Lottery’s instant ticket
vending machine because the clerk was busy. I’m glad I decided to go to the machine instead of leaving. The Sonoco gas station on Broad and Thompson streets in Philadelphia sold this winning ticket.
