hit the North Carolina Powerball for $141.4 million on 2/6/10 lottery. Frank Griffin and his wife Loretta claimed their winning in Raleigh. The Asheville retiree told reporters that after buying gas at the Wilco gas station on Smokey Park Highway in Asheville, he had $5 left over and decided to purchase some quick pick lottery tickets.
