04/02/10 Richard Martin of Spring Hill has claimed his $1 million
top prize for the MAXIMUM MILLIONS Scratch-Off.
Martin's wife Cheryl said she didn't believe him at first
when he told her he had won. "He is always playing jokes,
so I didn't trust him until I looked at the ticket myself" she said.
