$500,000 Spring Raffle lotto winner in Boise
07/21/10 Susan Glenn of Boise won the $500,000 Spring Raffle. She bought this winning ticket on her late fathers birthday. I told myself that day I just needed to get down to the store and buy a couple of those raffle tickets because it was my father's birthday, she said. The Big Smoke store on Broadway in Boise sold this winning raffle ticket.
