11/28/11 Delma Kinney wins another $1 million lotto jackpot with a Super Millions instant ticket. Delma had won a $1,000,000 in 2008. He plans to donate some to charity. I was just out and stopped for cold medicine, Delma said, I sat in the car with the ticket, and when I saw the matching numbers, I knew. The Chevron Food Mart 2959 Campbellton Road in southwest Atlanta sold the lucky ticket. ,where he usually shops, sold this winning ticket.
