$1 million Florida lotto winner in Lake Wales
08/26/09 Marian Wagner claimed her $1 million Scratch-Off game prize at Florida Lottery headquarters. The Cumberland Farms store at 800 North Scenic Highway in Lake Wales sold this winning fla lotto winner. I still don't believe I won, she said. When asked if she will continue to play Florida Lottery games, she replied "I'm going to buy some tickets on my way home!"
