He bought his quick oick ticket at the Big D Oil Company on Jackson Boulevard in Rapid City.
He said he was thrilled and thankful for his winnings.
He checked his ticket on ticket self-checker scanner, then saw the message that the prize had to be redeemed at a Lottery office.
It's almost too good to be true, Dave said. You can't win if you don't play.
