Proctor, arrived in Braintree today to collect the first of 20 annuity payments of $50,000 before taxes.
Proctor bought the winning ticket at the Marstons Mills Market located at 1 River Road (Route 140) in Marstons Mills. The store will receive a $10,000 commission on the sale.
