AUSTIN, Texas Sweetwater got a surprise today when local resident Calvin Boyd became the latest $1 million winner from
the Texas Lottery by playing the $130 Million Payout Bonanza scratch-off game.
Boyd’s prize was the first second-tier prize claimed in Texas’ newest
$50 instant ticket game. Two $5 million prizes and five $1 million prizes remain.
The claimant requested minimal publicity.
The 7-Eleven located at 395 E. Second in Colorado City is eligible for a $10,000 retailer bonus for selling the winning ticket.
Tonight’s Mega Millions jackpot is worth an estimated $12 million. Saturday’s Lotto Texas® jackpot is worth an estimated $11 million.
