ATLANTA.Georgia: Patricia Taylor of McDonough won the Georgia Lottery Millionaire game. This winning ticket was sold by Petro Food Mart 269 Keys Ferry St. "I was in the store when I scratched it," she said. "I nearly passed out. I was in shock."
"I am absolutely lucky," she exclaimed.
