12/12/10 Bill Newhall plays Powerball and he always plays the Power Play option. That way if I win a prize, I know it's going to be multiplied, he said. He hit 4 numbers and the Powerball and had the Powerplay option for the 12/1/10 Powerball drawing for a $30,000 cash prize. The winning numbers were 05-10-11-12-20 Powerball 02. He always plays the same numbers based on family birthdays. Newhall said he will save his prize money for awhile until he "figures out what to do with it."
