$95 Million Arizona Powerball winner claims her jackpot
12/14/10 Sheila Verke a Fort Mohave resident and a substitute teacher, has claimed her jackpot. She opted for a lump sum payment of $49.9 million. 'It's going to change my life and the life of my children and my grandchildren and my friends' said Verke. The winning numbers of 5-10-11-12-20 with Powerball as 2, is a combination of her birthday and that of her two children, she said. She has been playing this number set for years, saying, 'Even if I had to gather quarters, nickels and dimes, I bought them'.Verke bought the winning ticket at a Safeway supermarket in Fort Mohave Arizona.
