Office Pool of 14 hit the Powerball lotto for $200K




14 CO-WORKERS AT HARRISBURG INSURANCE FIRM SHARE $200,000 POWERBALL PRIZE
Saturday Night’s Powerball Jackpot an Estimated $275 Million
HARRISBURG Fourteen of Pennsylvania’s newest Powerball winners are employees of Crump Life Insurance Services, Crums Mill Road in Harrisburg.
The group, nicknamed The Lucky 14, is sharing a $200K Powerball lotto prize from the Feb. 9 drawing. Secretary of Revenue Tom Wolf and Lottery Executive Director Ed Trees presented a ceremonial check to members of the group today at Turkey Hill, 390 N. Houcks Rd, Harrisburg. The store received a $500 bonus for selling the winning Powerball lotto ticket.
According to Trina Cox, a supervisor at Crump Life, members of the group take turns buying Lottery tickets at various locations. Prior to winning the $200,000
Powerball prize, group had won $20, which it used to buy more tickets.
Members say the group continues to play its favorite Lottery game, Powerball.
