Southgate, Michigan Legislator wins $2 million in Michigan Lottery
LANSING, February 25, 2007 - Green might be the new favorite color of State Rep. Barb Farrah (D-Southgate). Farrah, one of five finalists in the Lottery's $2 million drawing Friday night at The Palace of Auburn Hills, was the lucky winner when the prize wheel stopped on green, the color of the shirt she was randomly given prior to the drawing. That made her the $2 million winner in the $20 Instant game drawing.
