Anna Huggins hits PA Lotto for $60,000

A York County woman who won $60,000 cash, picked up her winnings today.
PA Lotto check was presented to Anna Huggins at Rutters, 2215 Old Trail Road in Etters.
Huggins, retired from the New Cumberland Army Depot and works part time at the Red Land Community Center Food Bank in
Lewisbury. I spend a couple of dollars here and there on instant tickets, said Huggins.
This was really a blessing to have won this money!
