02/26/08 $500K for Alexandria, Indiana lotto winner
INDIANAPOLIS, In., Jama Granger of Alexandria claimed $500,000 at
Hoosier Lottery Headquarters today on Scratch-off game Wild 10's.
"I thought it wasn't true," said Granger. "I ran downstairs and had
others look at the ticket."
Granger purchased her winning-ticket from Village Pantry #0565
at 104 South Park Ave. in Alexandria. Granger was not the only Hoosier who
claimed a prize at Hoosier Lottery Headquarters today. Carol Russell and
her husband Dean of Shelbyville claimed $25,000 thanks to the new Extreme
8s Scratch-off game. Russell purchased her winning-ticket from Village Pantry #0507 at 415 N. Vine St. in Shelbyville.
