Irish Eyes Smiled on Indiana Powerball Player



John O'Bryan of Lafayette claimed a $200,000 Powerball lotto prize for
a group of players that included long-time friend David Carter of
Indianapolis at Hoosier Lottery Headquarters in Indianapolis recently.
"We play Powerball every time the jackpot is high," said O'Bryan.
"We've always had the arrangement that I would take all the publicity
if we were winners." The Tippecanoe County resident purchased his
Powerball lotto winning ticketat Village Pantry #606 in Indianapolis for the Saturday,
March 8th drawing . "We're still somewhat taken aback and shocked,"
said Carter. "Of course, we're excited too!" O'Bryan claimed $200,000
for matching 5 of 5 white numbers, but not the red Powerball.
Neither had any plans for the money as of yet.
"We might buy another Powerball ticket," said O'Bryan. "Who knows?"
