More Than 465,000 Tickets Win Prizes In Friday`s Drawing
The excitement level is growing in Mega Millions and so is the number of winners. In Friday’s Mega Millions drawing, a total of 465,009 tickets won prizes. But no ticket matched all six numbers to win the $55 million jackpot. So the estimated jackpot for the Tuesday, July 31, 2007 drawing grows to $65 million.
The winning numbers in Friday’s drawing were: 07-12-35-54-55 and the Mega Ball number was 02. Click here for a complete breakdown of all the winning tickets.
Two tickets each won Mega Millions’ second highest prize of $250,000 by matching the first five numbers and only missing the Mega Ball number. Those tickets were purchased in Massachusetts and New York.
Mega Millions drawings are held Tuesdays and Fridays at 11:00 PM Eastern Time, 10:00 PM Central Time and 8:00 PM Pacific Time.
