Saying yes paid off for Brian Meadows on March 7
when he won $100,000 in that KICKER drawing. Meadows filed a
claim in the North Canton regional lotto office yesterday.
Spending the dollar on the KICKER is just as important as spending the dollar
on Mega Millions, he said. I couldn’t live with myself knowing that I said no
and the KICKER number was a winner. In the game you always get to see the number because it’s always printed on the ticket. The only time I never got the KICKER is when the clerk made a mistake.”
Meadows will receive a check for $69,000. He plans on buying a car and a boat.
The winning KICKER number was 5-3-4-3-0-6. Meadows purchased the winning lotto ticket
from Dixie Mart. Located at 455 E. State Street in Alliance, Dixie Mart
receives a $1,000 bonus for selling a winning ticket.
