She purchased this winning ticket from Kwik Way located at 1425 Highway 87 East in Billings.
Collins occasionally plays Lotto, and favors the Montana Cash lotto game because she likes the odds and the two plays for $1.
Collins heard that there was a winner from Billings so she checked her numbers and soon realized she had the winning lotto ticket.
