08/5/2008 Jeff and Sandy Carl win the Super Lotto Plus for $47 million
SACRAMENTO,CA. Jeff and Sandy Carl just celebrated their 23rd anniversary over the weekend
and now they have more reasons to celebrate after winning the CA lotto.
Jeff Carl didn’t see a newspaper until Monday while grocery shopping, and saw the headline,
$47 Million Ticket Bought in Goshen” He read that no one had claimed the prize yet and read on to see what they winning numbers were. I read the first four numbers, knew they were mine and left the store. Once he got home, he knew he was the winner and even had his son double check the numbers for him. The Convenience Corner III at 6544 Avenue 308 in Goshen sold this winning SuperLotto Plus ticket.
