Paul Wolfgang thought he had a wonderful winning line worth $30,000 on his Powerball ticket
However, when he came to the Lottery office to redeem his ticket, he got a great surprise
his wonderful winning line was actually worth $200,000.
Paul and his wife were relaxing at home when Paul decided to check his Powerball tickets in the Sunday paper. His wife was sitting next to him as he started to say, Three numbers, four numbers, five numbers!” He checked the ticket three times and it was at that point that he thought the ticket was worth $30,000. When he went online, he printed out a claim form, but didn’t check to see what five numbers paid. Over the years, Paul has played the Powerball sporadically, whenever he remembered to
purchase tickets. He’s had a number of small wins, but nothing over $7.
