Beginners luck: $250,000 lotto jackpot
10/15/10 Jose Escobar of Aldie won $250K on his first lotto ticket he ever bought. He bought this at the G &G Mart at 9608 Grant Avenue in Manassas, he bought a Double Platinum Doubler ticket from the Virginia Lottery. Mr. Escobar said he had no immediate plans for his winnings, although he does intend to help his family.
