On April 8, Reginald L. Darkes complained about not winning the Rolling Cash 5 game,
but played the game anyway and won a top $100,000 prize that night.
He filed a claim yesterday in the Lorain regional office.

After taxes, Darkes will receive a check for $69,000.
I won four of the five numbers four times last year, he said. I was waiting to hit the big one.
